The Benefit of Intentionally Doing Things Wrong (In-Process Thoughts)
Mistakes are inevitable—we all make them! Sometimes it can be fruitful to intentionally practice our mistakes (in an appropriate, safe context) as a way of working through difficult emotions and building our sense of agency around something that has probably felt (at least somewhat) out of our control and/or impossible to work through.
In-Process Thoughts are informal reflections and questions I am currently pondering regarding the human experience, often recorded as I go about life outside of my office.
