Grief Retreat (March 2017), Sponsored by The Sadie Rose Foundation (February 11, 2017)
I will be presenting a workshop at an upcoming Grief Retreat (sponsored by the Sadie Rose Foundation).
Guilt and the Ways It Can Interfere with Grieving: Why are we prone to feeling guilty in the wake of loss? And how can we healthily work through our feelings of guilt and shame so that we can continue to grieve? This workshop will explore these kinds of questions, in order to help us better understand the ways that guilt can cause us to get “stuck” part-way through our grieving process. And by learning to recognize, and work through, any guilt that is blocking our grieving we are able to eventually come to some peace regarding loss.
