The Transitions Website Is Now Mobile-Friendly (September 22, 2012)
I have recently upgraded the Transitions website to work better with mobile devices (e.g., mobile phones, tablets, etc.). Users of smartphones should especially notice a big difference. If you are browsing via a desktop or laptop computer and want to get a taste for how the Transitions website looks and functions differently for mobile devices you can try resizing your browser to be more narrow. If you make the browser narrow enough you should see the layout of the website change in various ways (e.g., the navigation becomes available via a menu in order to save visual space). Note that some older desktop browsers (e.g., older versions of Internet Explorer) do not support the above functionality (so if you are using an older browser you won’t be able to see the mobile site features).
I have put a lot thought, time and energy into these enhancements. I hope they will make the Transitions website more enjoyable to use from your mobile phone. If you encounter any errors or if there is anything you would like to see improved you can let me know via the Website Bugs form.
